Chris Crum   -   Public Health Director

Job Duties:

Directs activities of employees in providing medical and environmental programs and services. Directs financial management functions of the department. Reviews, approves, and monitors program plans for various services and programs provided by the Health Department. Meets with Board of Health to describe and discuss activities of the local department in meeting objectives. Our new objectives for the Health Department will include: updating the technology at both sites, standardizing care, improving customer service, and marketing our services effectively.

Connie Wilburn   -   Nurse Administrator/Nurse Practitioner

Job Duties:

As the Nurse Administrator, I manage the nursing schedule and ensure our clinic runs smoothly. I am also  the Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. I work mainly in the Family Planning Program and Kentucky Women's Cancer Screening Program to Provide Preventative Gynecological Health for Women.

Tammy Harlow   -   Finance Administrator

Job Duties: 

I oversee personnel management.   I am responsible for maintaining accounting procedures that ensure compliance with rules and regulations.  I work with the Health Department’s plan and budget process.   I am the WIC Coordinator, the Insurance Coordinator and the IT (Information Technology) Contact for the Health Department.
